Since becoming the Amateur Champion of Great Britain in 1991 Gary has gone on to
compete in 6 Walker Cups, becoming the highest point scorer for Great Britain and
Ireland in the history of the competition and is the most capped golfer of all time.
During
his illustrious amateur career he has also competed at several of the professional
majors, including; the US Open Championship in 2008, the US Masters in both 1999
and 2004 and the Open Championship at Royal St George’s in 2003. In 2007 he received
an MBE in the Queen’s New Years Honours list for Services to Sport.
Back in 1995,

beat Current World number 22 Anthony Kim in 2005 at the Chicago Golf Club.
Despite
such an illustrious career in the amateur game Wolstenholme is keen to challenge
